Heart, Mind and Body
I have an avid interest in how the mind and body work which culminates in a perfect synthesis within Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
With a 2 year Diploma in BCST I am continuously exploring postgraduate studies, particularly in the field of brain dynamics and physiology.
I have balanced, meditation, healing and art for about 30 years. Meditation drew me to years of living, working and practicing in various Buddhist meditation centres where I was exposed to Tibetan healing modalities, particularly a Tibetan yoga traditiona called Yantra Yoga and contemplative dance, Vajra Dance, of which I became a teacher.

In the field of art I completed a Bachelor of Art in Visual Art in the 90’s and I practiced the beautiful body art of mehndi (henna) for over 2 decades.
Cranio work is the perfect synthesis of the 3 worlds I have balanced throughout my life, healing, meditation and art. The deep connection that Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy engenders offers insight into the true essence of health which is the unity of heart, body and mind.
I am very fortunate to run my practice in the peaceful setting of the Mary Valley where I enjoy nature, biodynamic (of course) farming, meditation, yoga, dance and creativity.
The land I live on is Kabi Kabi, I keep this connection in my heart.
